If you do not agree to these Terms, please stop using the site. Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract until we issue a statement of work or written confirmation and you accept it.
Services described on this site
Commission descriptions, timelines, and starting prices are informational. Final scope, fees, and delivery dates are set in a written agreement for each engagement.
Intellectual property
Website text, layout, and original graphics are owned by ValleyCore System or our licensors. Chart deliverables created under a paid commission are licensed or assigned as stated in that commission’s agreement. You may not copy site content for commercial use without permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access to our systems, submit malicious content, or use contact forms for spam.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law of England and Wales, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be limited by law. For paid commissions, liability caps and warranties are set in the relevant statement of work.
