  • Contract data: billing contacts and project correspondence when you commission work

We do not seek special-category data through the website form. Please omit sensitive personal information from messages.

Purposes and lawful bases

  • Responding to enquiries — legitimate interests / steps toward a contract
  • Delivering commissioned work and invoicing — contract performance
  • Operating and securing the website — legitimate interests

Retention

Enquiry emails and form submissions are kept up to 24 months if no contract follows. Contract and invoice records are retained for six years to meet accounting requirements. Analytics data follows the periods in our Cookies page.

Sharing

We use processors for email hosting, file transfer, and (if enabled) analytics. They process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

If a processor stores data outside the UK, we use appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy regulations where available.
